Grading policy

Progress reports will not be sent home. If you haven’t already done so, please visit the front office to get an access code to view your child’s grades in PowerSchool.

End-of-quarter grades are calculated based on the following:

End-of-quarter grades for all core classes (except Math I)		Math I
major (tests, projects, presentations, papers, etc.) 50%		60%
minor (quizzes, group activities, class activities) 30%		40%
classwork/homework 20%		n/a

GRADING SCALE

A	100-90
B	89-80
C	79-70
D	69-60
F	59 and below

Work Policy

All assignments are given a due date. All work is expected to be turned when it is due. Points will be deducted off of late assignments up till a week past the due date. After one week, the late assignment will not be accepted.
