A NOTE FROM MS. JAMES
Hello NDMS Students and Families,
I am very excited to be teaching at North Davidson Middle School this year! Go Knights! Prior to coming to NDMS, I taught eighth grade language arts for eight years at Enka Middle School near Asheville in the beautiful North Carolina mountains. I loved living in the mountains, but I am grateful to be back home in Davidson County.

I loved living in the mountains, but I am grateful to be back home in Davidson County.
I love learning more about history, reading good books, drinking tasty coffee, and traveling to new places. I am a fan of camping and the Atlanta Braves. I also have a deep respect for those that do their best and persevere in the face of difficult circumstances. I am a proud UNC Asheville bulldog having graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. My licensure areas are 6-9 language arts, 6-9 math, 6-9 social studies, and 9-12 social studies.
I am grateful to work with an excellent team of teachers, administrators, and counselors at North Davidson Middle School, and I'm glad you get to be a part of our team.
