Meet the Teacher
Hi everyone!
My name is Amanda Rogers, and I’m thrilled to be teaching 6th grade math this year at North Davidson Middle School! This is my fourth year teaching, but my first year at NDMS, and I couldn’t be more excited to join this wonderful school family.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education from Appalachian State University (Go Mountaineers!) and hold teaching licenses in 6–9 Math and K–6 Education. I absolutely love helping students build their math skills and confidence.
When I’m not in the classroom, I’m spending time with my amazing husband and our lovable golden doodle, Waffles. We enjoy outdoor adventures, cozy nights in, and exploring new places together.
I’m looking forward to a fantastic school year full of learning, laughter, and math fun!
