Sports Guidelines Fall 2020

  

We all know that we want sports to continue, to insure this happens we need to make sure we adhere to our fall sports guidelines. When picking up your student athlete please stay in your car and do not congregate in the parking lot.  All spectators MUST wear masks at all times while attending events. Temperature will be taken at the entrance for everyone who attends a sporting event and hand sanitizer will be available to use. 

 

All athletes will be required to ride to and from events with their team. Students who are remote on a game day can arrive NO EARLIER than 3:10 on day of away games. These students will need to enter from the front of the school and get their temperature checked before reporting to the gym. Do not wear cleats into the school. 

 

Some schools will not have concessions, all athletes MUST bring their own water bottle. There will be no water coolers at any school so water bottles must be full. 

 

Parents, please be mindful of where you sit. We ask that you do not sit close to the dugouts and maintain your space from teams. Please note you may be asked to move at any point to make more space for teams to space out. 

 

Tickets: This year we will not be allowed to accept any type of passes for games, everyone who attends a game should have a pre-purchased ticket. All tickets will be purchased online. Tickets will be first come first serve with a maximum number of tickets per athlete. We are only allowed 60 home tickets and 40 away tickets. Once we hit the maximum number of tickets allowed for the game ticket sales will close. Please be respectful of the number of tickets you purchase.  Ticket purchases will go live for the whole week at 8am Friday morning prior to the games. Ticket purchases will close at 11:59 pm on Sunday night before the game unless tickets sell out.. 

To purchase tickets you must go to Davidson County Schools web page then school cash from there, just like you do when paying school fees.

 Tickets will be purchased under your student athletes name. When you arrive at the gate for any game you will tell them your student athletes name and your tickets will be marked off the game list. 

*ALL SCHOOL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE TICKETS*

*If a game is cancelled money will be refunded directly back onto the card used for payment*
